At CNS, we require a weekly or monthly booking fee for drivers interested in receiving assigned work. This fee ensures that drivers who commit to our routes are allocated work consistently based on key operational factors, including driver availability, data spikes, and fluctuations in delivery volume.The booking fee is not a deposit, fuel charge, or insurance fee—it is a non-refundable service fee that secures your access to delivery routes and scheduling priority. While we strive to provide steady assignments, actual route availability may vary depending on market demand and operational needs.By processing the booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. All transactions are final and do not qualify for refunds, credits, or chargebacks.⚠️ Important Notice: Gross negligence—such as failure to pick up assigned routes, delivering to incorrect addresses, submitting poor or incomplete delivery photos, or failing to deliver or return packages within 3 calendar days of pickup—may result in high penalties and directly affect your compensation. These actions create significant operational setbacks and customer claims, and will be addressed accordingly.
Attention Drivers: To receive compensation for your deliveries, all drivers must complete and submit a W-9 form before any payments can be processed. This form is required for tax reporting purposes and ensures compliance with IRS regulations. Please submit your completed W-9 as soon as possible to avoid payment delays.
