At CNS, we require a weekly or monthly booking fee for drivers interested in receiving assigned work. This fee ensures that drivers who commit to our routes are allocated work consistently based on key operational factors, including driver availability, data spikes, and fluctuations in delivery volume.The booking fee is not a deposit, fuel charge, or insurance fee—it is a non-refundable service fee that secures your access to delivery routes and scheduling priority. While we strive to provide steady assignments, actual route availability may vary depending on market demand and operational needs.By processing the booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. All transactions are final and do not qualify for refunds, credits, or chargebacks.⚠️ Important Notice: Gross negligence—such as failure to pick up assigned routes, delivering to incorrect addresses, submitting poor or incomplete delivery photos, or failing to deliver or return packages within 3 calendar days of pickup—may result in high penalties and directly affect your compensation. These actions create significant operational setbacks and customer claims, and will be addressed accordingly. Please Note: When services are paused or stopped, a 15–30 day hold will be placed on all final payouts. This review period is required to verify deliveries, confirm completion records, and ensure no pending claims or discrepancies remain. Once the review is finalized and all claims are cleared, payouts will be released.Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us maintain accuracy and compliance across all routes.

Billing, Cancellation & Responsibility Notice
CNS State Priority Access is billed on a monthly recurring basis.
This program is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for chargebacks under any circumstances.
It is the driver’s sole responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription if they are no longer interested in participating or if they choose not to proceed once routes activate.
Failure to cancel prior to activation or continued billing does not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or disputes.
